Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days. In addition, please allow for delivery time to your destination. If there are any delays we will let you know.

£2.25 up to £25.00 Order Value

£4.00  for orders over £25.00 but less than £100.00 in value

Postage is free for all orders over £100.00 in value

Perfume and Jewellery

We advise all our customers to be very careful about perfume and jewellery.  Most of us spray our favourite perfume on around the neckline or wrist.  However, the chemicals in modern perfumes can really damage metals, pearls and many other jewellery components.

We recommend, therefore, that perfume is put on and left a few minutes to dry in before putting  your jewellery on and, if possible, we advise not putting perfume on the neck and wrist when wearing your favourite pieces.

Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for returns details within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging, minus postage.  The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
